Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Harmonia mobile application (“App”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Who We Are
The App is offered by Amrezo Inc. (“Harmonia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), incorporated in the United States.
3. Not Medical Advice
Harmonia is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Content, AI insights, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified health-care professional for medical advice.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a contract. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. License
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for your own non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of data you submit (e.g., check-ins, journal entries). By uploading content you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide App functionality. You acknowledge that deleting the App does not automatically delete stored data—see § 14.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier: Core tracking, basic analytics.
Harmonia + Premium: Passive sensing, cloud AI chat, advanced insights.
Subscription pricing is displayed in-app and billed via your Apple ID. Apple handles all payments, renewals, and refunds. You may cancel at any time through App Store Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
a. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App;
b. Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes;
c. Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, code, and content (other than your User Content) are owned by Harmonia or its licensors and protected by law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmonia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of the App.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmonia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications to the App or Terms
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Account Deletion & Data Rights
You may request deletion of your account and data via the in-app “Delete Account” option or by emailing amr@harmonia.care We will process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or applicable laws. Sections 9–13 survive termination.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless prohibited by local consumer law.
